My Role
As Founding Product Designer, I led product strategy, UX, visual identity, research, and interaction design across the consumer app, operator platform, AI assistant, and brand system while collaborating closely with founders and engineers.
Outcome
Built the product foundation across consumer and operator experiences, establishing the platform’s interaction model, AI experience, design system, and go-to-market identity.

Reflection
Kantham reinforced that strong product design is not just about isolated screens. It is the connective tissue between strategy, systems, behavior, brand, and the messy realities of a startup moving quickly.
The most important work was creating enough clarity for travelers, creators, and operators to move through the same ecosystem with confidence, while leaving room for the experience to feel warm, visual, and human.
